The development of the company and its activities led to a permanent increase in the number of employees. Their average number increased from 870 in 2014 to 901 on 31.12.2016. The ever-growing number of well-trained employees in diverse areas denotes the company’s ability to recruit and retain employees, taking into account that the industry has suffered a steep decline in recent years.
